5 star experience from the minute we walked into the showroom/space at Aljunied.
- while small, it had good enough samples for us to have a good feel of the diff types available, and the staff on duty that day was really knowledgeable in sharing the characteristics/qualities of the different materials etc.,
- follow up via WhatsApp was fluid and smooth.
- though the exact specifications we wanted wasn’t in stock, the team endeavoured to process our purchase order asap and offered arrangements that we could consider to have the rug delivered within the timeline we had in mind. Most grateful for that!
Absolutely no regrets with the Alchemy Cloud rug we purchased. The rug feels so smooth and divine; and looks amazing in our space. Love how the colour slightly “changes” under the different lighting and/or from different angles.

Today my custom Plateau rug for the bedroom finally arrived - loving the colours that my ID, Alvin, picked ! The spot-on shades, shapes and textures brought this cosy reading corner to life! Also appreciate Fie for his input and coordination during this arduous process. Thanks guys!!

Jane @ the Keong Saik store made things so easy, took the 30 bucks home trial and had this in my home by the weekend.

Was struggling between 2 rugs so we requested for home trial service and eventually bought the alchemy warm sand light beige rug from Living DNA. The rug is soft and very comfortable to step on. Furthermore it has dual tone to it depending on where u stand. Great buy!

Bought this rug and not only it goes so well with my interior, it is also very comfy and plush. Love the looks and quality of it. Most importantly, the service provided by living dna is excellent.

When it came to decorating our first home, I wanted a rug that would bring a space together and leave everyone in it feeling comfortable and cosy. This rug from Living DNA did just that! It simply completed the space and I couldn’t be more happy. Also, a huge shoutout to the Living DNA team who are always so prompt with their responses and provide excellent care instructions!

The flux pastel rug has added elegance & classy feel to the living room. The ruq quality was great too. Definitely a great addition to our living room:) Do note though there’ll be shedding of the rug materials for the first few days, but we were already informed prior to purchasing the rug. Overall, we were satisfied with the purchase.
