Have purchased a rug which has exceeded all our expectations. The rug has a luxurious touch and yet feel very comfy.
Most importantly, the services rendered by Denise at the shop was excellent. She explained patiently with all the relevant information that we needed. Sin Yi followed up very closely and made sure that they delivered the rug soonest despite we volunteered to pick up ourselves.
Highly recommend to anyone who are looking for rugs/carpets for their homes and at the same time, enjoy very pleasant experiences.
Got the Flux rug and absolutely love it. It’s one of the comfiest rugs I’ve felt and really love the way it looks. Quality is amazing and couldn’t be more pleased with my purchase.

Been looking for carpet for our living hall for awhile, so we don't have any expectations at all when we walked into Living DNA especially when we soaked wet from heavy downpour. Special shout out to Jane. She was so kind, patient and knowledgeable in explaining and introducing each rugs to us until we finally found the one that both hubby and I know for sure will love it for many many years ❤️
We were well advised and assisted throughout the process of selection. Sin Yi gave great recommendations on the rugs by considering our budget, our liking, and practicality. She has been patient in guiding me to choose the correct vacuum accessories for rug cleaning as well.
The rug is beautiful, cooling, and needless to say, very comfortable.
Overall, our family loves the rug and enjoy it very much.
I got the Flux rug in 3x4m for my living room. The high quality tencel makes the rug feel very plush. I love sitting on it, especially on the tencel part cos its cooling. I love this rug so much, I am customising another piece for my family area. Highly recommend Living DNA to all my friends and family.
We recently purchased two rugs, the Rainbow Boho Rug and the Lithe Cream Rug, from this company. The Rainbow Boho Rug has proven to be a durable and high-quality product, and we are quite satisfied with its performance.
However, we encountered an issue with the Lithe Cream Rug. Within just one week of use, threads started coming loose from the rug, which was disappointing considering the cost of 1.8K and our expectations for its quality.
On the positive side, we reached out to the Customer Service team, and they were quick to respond and assist us with the issue.
Unfortunately, we needed to make a new purchase to replace the defective Lithe Cream Rug.
We appreciate the responsiveness of the Customer Service team, but we were disappointed to have to make an additional purchase due to a quality issue. However, they did offer a new promotional discount for the replacement rug.
Overall, we would rate our experience with this company as positive. The Rainbow Boho Rug has met our expectations, and the customer service was quick to address our concerns. We hope that the company takes steps to improve the quality control of their products to ensure a more satisfactory experience for future customers.
Please note that we have rated this review with four stars, as we are satisfied with the resolution provided by the company's customer service. However, we have deducted one star due to the quality issue and the inconvenience of having to make an additional purchase.

Thank you for your recent online purchase of our Rainbow Boho & Lithe Cream rugs. We are delighted to hear that you are enjoying the Rainbow Boho rug. However, we understand that you've encountered an issue with the Lithe Cream rug, and we appreciate you bringing this to our attention.
After reviewing our conversation with you on WhatsApp, we noticed that you have been diligently vacuuming the Lithe Cream rug daily, using a vacuum cleaner with bristles. We'd like to offer some gentle tips for the care and maintenance of our rugs. To keep them in excellent condition, we recommend vacuuming once a week and using the appropriate accessories that won't cause any harm to the rug fiber, such as attachments with brushes or abrasives.
It's important to note that the issue with the Lithe Cream rug is not due to a defect, but rather it appears to be a result of improper care and maintenance. The Lithe material is, in fact, constructed to be even stronger than the Rainbow Boho rug and tends to be more durable.

Visited the Keong Saik showroom and was greeted with a warm smile by Jane, the consultant there. She gave great recommendations and is really friendly and professional. We were spoilt for choice by the amount of high quality rugs available, but we ended up choosing one from the Flux series. Really love how the color matches and also the with the mix of high quality tencel and NZ wool. Overall a really pleasant experience, didn't even wanted to compare with any other brands out there and made the purchase on the spot.
