Our Time (Free for orders above $100)If your item is in stock, expect it to arrive within 7 days. Your order will be delivered by our delivery partner. You will receive tracking details one day before delivery. You will also receive a reminder on the day of delivery.
You may select a preferred date during checkout of your order and we will strive to meet it. Please expect your order to arrive between 11:00 - 20:00 on your specified date.
If you wish to schedule a specific date & time schedule, we offer this service at a paid delivery rate. Please specify your preferred timeslot in the Notes section of your order and we will get back to you.
Unpacking or Installation
To keep prices low, your rugs, decor and small furniture will be delivered by courier service. We pack your order in a way that is easy to unwrap and install yourself.
If you feel that you do need help in installation, let us know in advance and we will put you in touch with a reliable service provider.
All Other Countries
Our goods arrive from special corners of the world and depart for major destinations across the globe! For all countries other than Singapore, we will inform you via email the accurate shipping charges and number of weeks for delivery once you enter your address at checkout.
