Great customer service and experience with Living DNA. The rug is perfect and has made our living room more homey.
I was concerned about the space constraints of my tiny study room and needed help selecting a rug - Jane was super helpful and patient in sharing possibilities and waiting for my measurements. The actual purchase at their showroom was a breeze and they wrapped it up nicely for me to carry it home.
It takes a while for the jute smell to go away, but Im really happy with the purchase.
Got this piece under the recommendation of Jane at Keong Saik Showroom. My main intention was to find something aesthetically pleasing that would protect my wooden flooring in the home office, which will have furniture castors. I shared that as I have a golden retriever who sheds a lot, the rug would need to be able to withstand frequent vacuuming. Jane's manager recommended a PET or Jute rug which are pet friendly and easy to maintain. This masterpiece is unique as it has special artistic edges which makes it stands out from conventional rugs. Above all, it's double sided! Post sales Jane provided lots of care and maintenance advice for the rug.
