Got this piece under the recommendation of Jane at Keong Saik Showroom. My main intention was to find something aesthetically pleasing that would protect my wooden flooring in the home office, which will have furniture castors. I shared that as I have a golden retriever who sheds a lot, the rug would need to be able to withstand frequent vacuuming. Jane's manager recommended a PET or Jute rug which are pet friendly and easy to maintain. This masterpiece is unique as it has special artistic edges which makes it stands out from conventional rugs. Above all, it's double sided! Post sales Jane provided lots of care and maintenance advice for the rug.
It was love at first sight for me BUT it almost slipped through my fingers! However, thanks to the attentive CS peeps and their prompt responses, I managed to get the last pc just in nick of time for Hari Raya. Love the rug so much!
