Have purchased a rug which has exceeded all our expectations. The rug has a luxurious touch and yet feel very comfy.
Most importantly, the services rendered by Denise at the shop was excellent. She explained patiently with all the relevant information that we needed. Sin Yi followed up very closely and made sure that they delivered the rug soonest despite we volunteered to pick up ourselves.
Highly recommend to anyone who are looking for rugs/carpets for their homes and at the same time, enjoy very pleasant experiences.
Been looking for carpet for our living hall for awhile, so we don't have any expectations at all when we walked into Living DNA especially when we soaked wet from heavy downpour. Special shout out to Jane. She was so kind, patient and knowledgeable in explaining and introducing each rugs to us until we finally found the one that both hubby and I know for sure will love it for many many years ❤️
We were well advised and assisted throughout the process of selection. Sin Yi gave great recommendations on the rugs by considering our budget, our liking, and practicality. She has been patient in guiding me to choose the correct vacuum accessories for rug cleaning as well.
The rug is beautiful, cooling, and needless to say, very comfortable.
Overall, our family loves the rug and enjoy it very much.
We are so happy with our purchase. We called in last minute and thankfully, there was someone present at the tampines outlet. From the start, we were served by a malay male sales person. We didn’t really catch his name though, but he was really very courteous and he really made us feel welcomed. His product knowledge is also very good. He recommended this rug and we were sold almost immediately after he explain how tencel fabric is hypoallergenic, antimicrobial and antibacterial (since we have a son who has sensitive skin). overall, we are so happy with the service rendered. The rug reached us in less than a week. Thank you living DNA.

I wish to commend Living DNA – Rugs and Carpets, especially Nadia, for the exceptional customer service and high-quality workmanship. The rug that we purchased is magnificent.
The meeting with Nadia was a quick one as she quickly grasped what we had in mind and shortlisted a few exquisite pieces. We even had a few samples sent over for us to choose from. The color she recommended was awesome.
The finished product far exceeded our expectations. The carpet corners are very intricately done and we can’t stop admiring this beauty at our abode.
Most importantly, our cat loves it and he can't stop playing on the rug.
Having a pleasant and down-to-earth disposition, Nadia delivers with professionalism. The prices offered are very competitive. Moreover, there is a wider range of products in the showroom compared to the other places that we visited prior.
