I was also impressed with your team's help with the care tips after my pet had an accident on the rug. There was a stain that is completely undetectable now.
Exactly like you said, just need patience and do a tiny bit and let it dry over and over until the stain is gone. I did it over two days and then the softener in a spray bottle.
