Have purchased a rug which has exceeded all our expectations. The rug has a luxurious touch and yet feel very comfy.
Most importantly, the services rendered by Denise at the shop was excellent. She explained patiently with all the relevant information that we needed. Sin Yi followed up very closely and made sure that they delivered the rug soonest despite we volunteered to pick up ourselves.

Been looking for carpet for our living hall for awhile, so we don't have any expectations at all when we walked into Living DNA especially when we soaked wet from heavy downpour. I got the Flux rug in 3x4m for my living room. The high quality tencel makes the rug feel very plush. I love sitting on it, especially on the tencel part cos its cooling. I love this rug so much, I am customising another piece for my family area. Highly recommend Living DNA to all my friends and family.
