The Tundra Beige Rug has been a lovely addition to our living room. Made from Tencel, it feels soft, silky and luxurious underfoot, and pairs wonderfully with our striped sofa, rattan accents, and armchairs. The neutral tones blend in effortlessly and help tie the whole space together.

Being a handmade rug, it has a unique character and quality you can really feel. There was some light shedding in the first week, which I understand is normal for brand new rugs but the Living DNA team was incredibly responsive and helpful. They advised us to use the correct vacuum attachment, and once we did, the shedding gradually reduced and stopped completely after about 2 to 2.5 weeks.

Now that the rug has settled in, it looks and feels fantastic. It is a stylish, high quality piece that brings both comfort and character to the room. We are really happy with it.

Had a really good experience at the shop! Jane was super helpful and took her time with us — never rushed anything. We were new to buying carpet but she patiently walked us through all the different carpet options, explained the pros and cons, and even gave us some great ideas on what would work best for our space. The process of purchasing a rug from LivingDNA was so smooth and fuss free. From shortlisting, home trial, and finalising the rug, took a mere 2 days, as the rug i was keen on was in stock. Liasing through whatsapp was also easy, where pictures, details, and suggestions were also provided to me.

Stumbled upon livingdna and was blown over by the designs, quality and customer service. We met Fie, who took time to excellent the design and manufacturing process, and explained how one could create something that told one’s story.

My rug took longer than expected, as we hit some unexpected manufacturing roadblocks. They were apologetic, gave detailed explanation and took full ownership. Such a pleasant experience that was simply a bonus to the already gorgeous rug.
