We had bought Flux pastel 200X300 carpet for our Living Room. We are in love with its quality and design. The natural fibres and subtle colours look great with the decor.
It gave a classy feel and look. We could say the exact house ambiance changed with this carpet.
We are so delighted for using it for around 2 years as of now.

Purchased Living DNA's Hale jute rug in late 2023. We really loved the service of trying out different rugs before purchasing. Being able to try out rugs in our home setting made all the difference. Almost two years later I still love the look of the rug and how it ties our living room together. I do have to agree with some other reviewers that their rugs sheds more than other rugs. I vacuum frequently and still get a lot of fibers each time. I have recently solicited their rug cleaning service, so hopefully we can see an improvement afterwards.

Soft, beautiful, and well made.

The Tundra Beige Rug has been a lovely addition to our living room. Made from Tencel, it feels soft, silky and luxurious underfoot, and pairs wonderfully with our striped sofa, rattan accents, and armchairs. The neutral tones blend in effortlessly and help tie the whole space together.

Being a handmade rug, it has a unique character and quality you can really feel. There was some light shedding in the first week, which I understand is normal for brand new rugs but the Living DNA team was incredibly responsive and helpful. They advised us to use the correct vacuum attachment, and once we did, the shedding gradually reduced and stopped completely after about 2 to 2.5 weeks.

Now that the rug has settled in, it looks and feels fantastic. It is a stylish, high quality piece that brings both comfort and character to the room. We are really happy with it.

Had a really good experience at the shop! Jane was super helpful and took her time with us — never rushed anything. We were new to buying carpet but she patiently walked us through all the different carpet options, explained the pros and cons, and even gave us some great ideas on what would work best for our space. Jane was very helpful with figuring out the sizes and colour based on our new home. Two years later, we were able to contact the same company for a maintenance clean, assisted by Kristen. The entire process was as calm and pleasant as our experience on our rug, which seemed to not have aged at all, still maintaining the cool, welcoming feel.
