Singapore - Delivery within Singapore for in stock products will be made within 3-5 days or as per your selected date during checkout. Deliveries are done between 11 AM to 6 PM. You will receive a shorter 2-3 hour estimated time window a day before the delivery date by email. A link with tracking is also included in the email. Same day delivery or pick-up options are available at checkout.

International - We despatch international orders within 5-7 days at the best available courier rate. Most international orders have reached customer homes anywhere between 5 to 14 days from their approval of courier rate.

Our goods arrive from special corners of the world and depart for major destinations across the globe! For addresses outside Singapore, we will inform you via email the accurate shipping charges and number of weeks for delivery once you enter your address at checkout & complete the order. To keep prices low, your rugs, decor and small furniture will be delivered by courier service. We pack your order in a way that is easy to unwrap and install yourself. With our cost-friendly approach, you pay only for high quality workmanship, best raw materials and eco-friendly practices - nothing more. If you feel that you do need help with installation, relevant options are available at checkout.

Another benefit of sourcing directly from weavers is that we can create for you a rug exactly the size you need. You can select from our variety of designs, contact us with your preferred size, and we will provide you with a quote. A custom rug delivers in 8-10 weeks on average. For furniture and decor, we welcome customization queries for bulk quantities.
