The rug from Living DNA has transformed my living room, pulling together all the different items to complete the look and feel of elegance and coziness I was looking for. The Mayfair abstract cream rug ticked all the boxes for me : soft muted creamy sheen and design to set off the dark pieces, soft under the feet, cat friendly and easy to maintain for my busy lifestyle. Thanks to the warm and professional advice and patience from Fe and Denise that guided the right choice and follow-up care of the carpet. The process of purchasing a rug from LivingDNA was so smooth and fuss free. From shortlisting, home trial, and finalising the rug, took a mere 2 days, as the rug i was keen on was in stock. Liasing through whatsapp was also easy, where pictures, details, and suggestions were also provided to me.
The knowledge they have of their products, as well as prompt response sets Living DNA apart from their competitors. This isnt the first rug I've purchased from them, and hope to continue furnishing my space w their beautiful pieces.

We had bought Flux pastel 200X300 carpet for our Living Room. We are in love with its quality and design. The natural fibres and subtle colours look great with the decor.
It gave a classy feel and look. We could say the exact house ambiance changed with this carpet.
We are so delighted for using it for around 2 years as of now.

Purchased Living DNA's Hale jute rug in late 2023. We really loved the service of trying out different rugs before purchasing. Being able to try out rugs in our home setting made all the difference. Almost two years later I still love the look of the rug and how it ties our living room together. I do have to agree with some other reviewers that their rugs sheds more than other rugs. I vacuum frequently and still get a lot of fibers each time. I have recently solicited their rug cleaning service, so hopefully we can see an improvement afterwards.

Thank you too for bringing the shedding issue to our notice. As we have promptly shared on chat, for any vacuums using roller brush or any bristles, they need to be removed before using on any rug. This is also mentioned in most manuals of vacuums. None of Living DNA rugs should shed more than a few weeks of use. All our rugs are made with high grade yarns precisely chosen to give you that comfort and yet a low to no shedding experience.
