As soon as we met Jane at the store , she was super knowledgeable, helpful in giving advice , and able to find us the perfect length for our living room . It’s so important to go into the store and see the many textiles , feel them personally , and also know the correct length . I found Jane so wonderful , helping us even post purchase to make sure we take the best care of the rug , and how to keep it in the best possible condition . We had visitors over tonight , and they said it felt very homely and warm being with us in our glowed up space!
The color and pattern adds a lot of softness, character and texture to the entire living space. Fell in love with it at first sight and will be forever in love with it as I get to enjoy it everyday at the comfort of my home.

Been over a month since we bought this rug. It's doing quite well, no shedding. The weave feels much softer than our old jute rug. The colour looks great. Very impressed.
The Tundra Beige Rug has been a lovely addition to our living room. Made from Tencel, it feels soft, silky and luxurious underfoot, and pairs wonderfully with our striped sofa, rattan accents, and armchairs. The neutral tones blend in effortlessly and help tie the whole space together.
Being a handmade rug, it has a unique character and quality you can really feel. There was some light shedding in the first week, which I understand is normal for brand new rugs but the Living DNA team was incredibly responsive and helpful. They advised us to use the correct vacuum attachment, and once we did, the shedding gradually reduced and stopped completely after about 2 to 2.5 weeks.
Now that the rug has settled in, it looks and feels fantastic. It is a stylish, high quality piece that brings both comfort and character to the room. We are really happy with it.

Had a really good experience at the shop! Jane was super helpful and took her time with us — never rushed anything. We were new to buying carpet but she patiently walked us through all the different carpet options, explained the pros and cons, and even gave us some great ideas on what would work best for our space. She showed us so many styles and colors, and made sure we felt confident in our choice. Thanks to her, we ended up with a carpet that fits perfectly in our home.
