Purchased Living DNA's Hale jute rug in late 2023. We really loved the service of trying out different rugs before purchasing. Being able to try out rugs in our home setting made all the difference. Almost two years later I still love the look of the rug and how it ties our living room together. I do have to agree with some other reviewers that their rugs sheds more than other rugs. I vacuum frequently and still get a lot of fibers each time. I have recently solicited their rug cleaning service, so hopefully we can see an improvement afterwards.

Thank you too for bringing the shedding issue to our notice. As we have promptly shared on chat, for any vacuums using roller brush or any bristles, they need to be removed before using on any rug. This is also mentioned in most manuals of vacuums. None of Living DNA rugs should shed more than a few weeks of use. All our rugs are made with high grade yarns precisely chosen to give you that comfort and yet a low to no shedding experience.

Have previously purchased 3 rugs from Living DNA, all of which are great and get complimented. After getting a coffee stain on on of the rugs, Living DNA were very responsive and helpful with stain removal solutions.

Living DNA's staff are all very helpful in providing advice on choosing the right rug size and material. After sales service is also superb, and they are extremely responsive when I had to SOS for help after my dog peed on the rug. Would definitely recommend them for all your rug & carpet needs!

Lovely service from DNA Living that helped us pick a beautiful rug for our living space. As soon as we met Jane at the store , she was super knowledgeable, helpful in giving advice , and able to find us the perfect length for our living room . It’s so important to go into the store and see the many textiles , feel them personally , and also know the correct length . I found Jane so wonderful , helping us even post purchase to make sure we take the best care of the rug , and how to keep it in the best possible condition . We had visitors over tonight , and they said it felt very homely and warm being with us in our glowed up space!
The color and pattern adds a lot of softness, character and texture to the entire living space. Fell in love with it at first sight and will be forever in love with it as I get to enjoy it everyday at the comfort of my home.
Second purchase from Living DNA. Showroom is abit small and stuffy but rugs are of good quality, hypoallergenic and a tasteful addition to our living room.

We had bought Flux pastel 200X300 carpet for our Living Room. We are in love with its quality and design. The natural fibres and subtle colours look great with the decor.
It gave a classy feel and look. We could say the exact house ambiance changed with this carpet.
We are so delighted for using it for around 2 years as of now.
