We ordered a customised gradient rug after speaking to a couple of rug vendors. Living DNA recommended natural wool for our type of usage and the price it quoted was competitive. After the design was agreed upon, it was expeditiously delivered within schedule. However, a small error in the color of the design was spotted but Living DNA was agreeable to give us a replacement rug at no charge. The way they have handled the issue was very professional. We are pleased with the quality of the rug and the service level demonstrated by Living DNA. Highly recommended.

Their representative FIE was very helpful and knowledgeable , he gave good advice and helped me decide on the choice of color. Am very happy and pleased with the Color, quality and service provided. Our whole family loves this rug! It provides a nice warm feel to the room and is very comfortable. We enjoy our movie nights more lying down on this rug. We find it easy to maintain
The rug feels and looks great. Alteration was done exactly as I had asked. However, from order to delivery took more than 2 months, which is really too long.
Great addition to living area. Complements the overall look of the space and feels great underfoot.
