Loving our rug - very versatile to suit the home and has been the perfect style that’s neutral and easy to maintain yet a statement in itself.
Been over a month since we bought this rug. It's doing quite well, no shedding. The weave feels much softer than our old jute rug. The colour looks great. Very impressed.
This rug is exactly like I imagined! I like its pattern and material, which suits Singapore weather well. Would definitely recommend!
We recently purchased two rugs, the Rainbow Boho Rug and the Lithe Cream Rug, from this company. The Rainbow Boho Rug has proven to be a durable and high-quality product, and we are quite satisfied with its performance.
However, we encountered an issue with the Lithe Cream Rug. Within just one week of use, threads started coming loose from the rug, which was disappointing considering the cost of 1.8K and our expectations for its quality.
On the positive side, we reached out to the Customer Service team, and they were quick to respond and assist us with the issue.
Unfortunately, we needed to make a new purchase to replace the defective Lithe Cream Rug.
We appreciate the responsiveness of the Customer Service team, but we were disappointed to have to make an additional purchase due to a quality issue. However, they did offer a new promotional discount for the replacement rug.
Overall, we would rate our experience with this company as positive. The Rainbow Boho Rug has met our expectations, and the customer service was quick to address our concerns. We hope that the company takes steps to improve the quality control of their products to ensure a more satisfactory experience for future customers.

After reviewing our conversation with you on WhatsApp, we noticed that you have been diligently vacuuming the Lithe Cream rug daily, using a vacuum cleaner with bristles. We'd like to offer some gentle tips for the care and maintenance of our rugs. To keep them in excellent condition, we recommend vacuuming once a week and using the appropriate accessories that won't cause any harm to the rug fiber, such as attachments with brushes or abrasives.
It's important to note that the issue with the Lithe Cream rug is not due to a defect, but rather it appears to be a result of improper care and maintenance. The Lithe material is, in fact, constructed to be even stronger than the Rainbow Boho rug and tends to be more durable.

It was love at first sight for me BUT it almost slipped through my fingers! However, thanks to the attentive CS peeps and their prompt responses, I managed to get the last pc just in nick of time for Hari Raya. Love the rug so much! - while small, it had good enough samples for us to have a good feel of the diff types available, and the staff on duty that day was really knowledgeable in sharing the characteristics/qualities of the different materials etc.,
- follow up via WhatsApp was fluid and smooth.
- though the exact specifications we wanted wasn’t in stock, the team endeavoured to process our purchase order asap and offered arrangements that we could consider to have the rug delivered within the timeline we had in mind. Most grateful for that!
Absolutely no regrets with the Alchemy Cloud rug we purchased. The rug feels so smooth and divine; and looks amazing in our space. Love how the colour slightly “changes” under the different lighting and/or from different angles.

Was struggling between 2 rugs so we requested for home trial service and eventually bought the alchemy warm sand light beige rug from Living DNA. The rug is soft and very comfortable to step on. Furthermore it has dual tone to it depending on where u stand. Great buy!
