Return & Exchange terms are only acceptable if the item is in good saleable condition. Living DNA reserves the right for final conclusion on all matters.

Free Returns 
We pride in working with craftsmen who love what they do and designers who cultivate a strong sense of beauty. In case your product does not suit your home, you are welcome to return your item within 7 days after delivery. We will refund you in the form of store credits. 

Exchanges 
Be assured that your piece is crafted with utmost care. Your piece is always unique. That is the beauty of handmade. However, if you observe a defect or damage on your purchase, we will exchange your item for a new piece if we have it in stock or its equivalent.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return or exchange, we require an invoice.

The following are not considered as defects -

  • Shedding is a natural occurrence in all rugs, carpets & mats. It subsides with proper care & use of the rugs, carpets & mats. Follow our easy to use tips to control excessive shedding that may be caused by improper care or ways to vacuum.
  • Some loose threads are not defects and are a characteristic of handmade nature of our products. These can be snipped carefully and should not be pulled
  • All of our products are handmade, and rugs can vary in size by up to 5% of the width or length from the size shown. This is normal and does not constitute a defect. Natural fibres such as jute and wool typically come in slight colour variations. Handwoven rugs may differ slightly to each other in construction. Likewise, although accuracy standards are maintained at dyeing, colours can vary slightly. Minor variations from one piece to another, and from one production batch to another, is expected and does not constitute a defect. For custom colours selected from the pom box, there may be a colour variance of 10% lighter or darker than the selected pom.
  • Accidents caused by pets or spills of any nature

  • Other defects caused by washing, improper cleaning or ways of storage 

Sale Items 
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.

Custom or Alteration Orders 
Custom, bespoke or altered products are not eligible for return, refund or exchange.

Shipping 
To return or exchange your product, contact us at hello@livingdna.sg and prepare your product to deliver to address that will be given in the process. Living DNA will not be responsible for damages caused during the transit back of our products.
