We were new to buying carpet but she patiently walked us through all the different carpet options, explained the pros and cons, and even gave us some great ideas on what would work best for our space. She showed us so many styles and colors, and made sure we felt confident in our choice. Thanks to her, we ended up with a carpet that fits perfectly in our home. My rug took longer than expected, as we hit some unexpected manufacturing roadblocks. They were apologetic, gave detailed explanation and took full ownership. Such a pleasant experience that was simply a bonus to the already gorgeous rug.

Love how easily it blends into our space
I finally bought a Dream Beige runner rug from Living DNA after much deliberation as there are so many pretty rugs to choose from! It is soft and fits in very well in my room :). My only gripe is that it is supposed to be machine-washable but it jammed up my washing machine when I tried to wash it. Could just be a user issue, although I have yet to try washing it again.
