5 star experience from the minute we walked into the showroom/space at Aljunied.
- while small, it had good enough samples for us to have a good feel of the diff types available, and the staff on duty that day was really knowledgeable in sharing the characteristics/qualities of the different materials etc.,
- follow up via WhatsApp was fluid and smooth.
- though the exact specifications we wanted wasn’t in stock, the team endeavoured to process our purchase order asap and offered arrangements that we could consider to have the rug delivered within the timeline we had in mind. Most grateful for that!
Absolutely no regrets with the Alchemy Cloud rug we purchased. The rug feels so smooth and divine; and looks amazing in our space. Love how the colour slightly “changes” under the different lighting and/or from different angles.
Was struggling between 2 rugs so we requested for home trial service and eventually bought the alchemy warm sand light beige rug from Living DNA. The rug is soft and very comfortable to step on. Furthermore it has dual tone to it depending on where u stand. Great buy!

Have purchased a rug which has exceeded all our expectations. The rug has a luxurious touch and yet feel very comfy.
Most importantly, the services rendered by Denise at the shop was excellent. She explained patiently with all the relevant information that we needed. Sin Yi followed up very closely and made sure that they delivered the rug soonest despite we volunteered to pick up ourselves.
