I’ve owned the Alchemy Cloud Cream Tencel Rug for nearly three years, and it is easily one of the best investments I’ve made for my home. Despite daily use, it has kept its beautiful silky sheen and remains incredibly soft underfoot.
It’s durable, hasn't lost its "cloud-like" luxury feel, and still looks as elegant as the day I bought it. If you're looking for a high-end rug that actually lasts, I can’t recommend this one enough!

Almost two years later I still love the look of the rug and how it ties our living room together. I do have to agree with some other reviewers that their rugs sheds more than other rugs. I vacuum frequently and still get a lot of fibers each time. I have recently solicited their rug cleaning service, so hopefully we can see an improvement afterwards.
