Good quality rug and has a unique design, adds some warmth to my living room too!
The rug adds a touch of color to my home and feels soft under the feet too. The underlay works well too in preventing the rug from moving around. I am happy with my purchase!
Fantastic experience. I was recommended by a friend, so I went to the store to check out the rugs. Absolutely beautiful rugs and fantastic quality. For the first time, there were many options I loved. Then I used their trial service, which I have never seen. You pay a fee to have them bring a few rugs to your house and you can s e which ones you like best! What a great idea!

Responsive and fast service. Also very helpful in answering my questions. Overall process was fuss free and the rug was sent right to the door step via the rug trial! Granted you have to pay a service fee for the trial, but you get to see exactly how it would look in your home + furniture. Would totally recommend for folks looking for a good quality rug for your home.

I love how this rug is made of recycled plastic and doesn’t collect as much dust as the regular rug. My husband has sinusitis and this rug works well for us and his nose :)

Jane was exceptional! Despite me arriving close to end of operational hours, she warmly welcomed me , talked me through the rugs and carpets, and made good recommendations . I ended up buying 4 rugs/carpets where she arranged for next day delivery ( as it was urgent). Superior customer service and highly recommend Living DNA and their exceptional customer care! Stumbled upon livingdna and was blown over by the designs, quality and customer service. We met Fie, who took time to excellent the design and manufacturing process, and explained how one could create something that told one’s story.
My rug took longer than expected, as we hit some unexpected manufacturing roadblocks. They were apologetic, gave detailed explanation and took full ownership. Such a pleasant experience that was simply a bonus to the already gorgeous rug.
