Head of Marketing

  • Build a comprehensive omnichannel marketing strategy for B2B and B2C to achieve the brand's growth objectives.
  • Manage all marketing efforts including planning, research, advertising, communications and public relations
  • Mentor and manage your team of marketing executives as well as external vendors towards shared goals
  • Design, implement and track marketing campaigns across digital channels primarily across PPC, SEM, SEO, social media, remarketing to achieve target lead volume and quality
  • Collaborate with the Customer Relationships/Sales team to understand our customer needs, motivations and behaviours to strengthen our marketing strategy
  • Drive the Living DNA Trade Programme for interior design professionals and corporate projects
  • Lead product design and sourcing strategy, retail visual merchandising and store expansion planning
  • Ensure our website is built for high lead conversion. Work closely with the website developers to share top-to-bottom funnel conversion improvement ideas, prepare content, rethink the customer experience
  • Drive photography, videography, written content creation that inspires, gives value, is timely and consistent with the Living DNA brand promise
  • Measure marketing program effectiveness and KPIs to drive continuous improvement in strategy and output
Business Manager

As Business Manager, you will be responsible for running the Living DNA Retail (B2C) and Trade (B2B) lines of business to achieve the company's target growth metrics. You will set the strategic direction, lead the execution, and measure & report performance across functions, including:

  1. Sales and Customer Success
  2. Operations - logistics, supplier management, product planning, design & sourcing
  3. Marketing - omnichannel marketing, expansion projects, eCommerce retail, visual merchandising, trade/commercial lead generation and nurturing (We're also hiring a Head of Marketing! View our website Careers page for more info.)
  4. People - mentor, collaborate with and manage team members and external vendors towards shared goals; hiring new talent
