Terms & Conditions
These Terms and Conditions of Trading (‘Agreement’) apply to all online sales between Living DNA Pte Ltd and the Customer (‘you/your’)
in relation to all sales of goods and services.
Placing an Order

Prices and availability of goods are subject to change without notice. All dates quoted for delivery are estimated delivery dates only and may be subject to change. We are not liable if delivery takes place at any time other than the estimated date for delivery.
You will receive an order receipt confirmation email after you have placed an order. Please keep it for reference purposes, especially in the event of an exchange or return. If you do not receive this email please contact email@example.com so that we may investigate and confirm that your order has been placed successfully.
We take every care to ensure that the description and photos of our products are correct. However, information on products on this website are not intended to be binding and are intended only to give a general description of the products. All information is published in good faith; inaccuracies, if any, are not intended to mislead. While the colour reproduction of the products is a close representation, we cannot accept any responsibility for any variation in colour caused by the browser software or computer system used to view the products.
Product Size and Colour
All of our products are handmade, and rugs can vary in size by up to 5% of the width or length from the size shown. This is normal and does not constitute a defect. Natural fibres such as jute and wool typically come in slight colour variations. Handwoven rugs may differ slightly to each other in construction. Likewise, although accuracy standards are maintained at dyeing, colours can vary slightly. Minor variations from one piece to another, and from one production batch to another, is expected and does not constitute a defect. This is normal and, by placing an order via this website, you confirm your understanding and acceptance of this.

Deliveries to Singapore addresses are free of charge for purchases above $100 and we endeavour to make them within the stated estimated arrival using our delivery partner. Time of delivery is not of the essence in this Agreement. We will not be liable for any direct or indirect loss of profits or other financial loss or damage suffered by you through any reasonable delay or delay due to unforeseen circumstances outside of the reasonable control of Living DNA or delay due to any reasonable rescheduling of delivery.
Title and Risk
We retain ownership of any products ordered until we have received full payment for such products.
Exchange and Return Policy
In case your product does not suit your home, you may return it to us within 7 days of receipt for an exchange or store credits. You can either return the product in person or cover the cost of return. Living DNA will cover the delivery cost of the new item. If you observe a defect or damage on your purchase, you may return it to us within 7 days of receipt for an exchange or store credits. Living DNA shall either exchange the product or repair/remedy the product to satisfactory condition. We recommend inspecting your product within 7 days of delivery. We cannot accept requests for exchange or return afterwards.
To be eligible for a return or exchange,your item must be
- unused and in the same condition that you received it
- in the original packaging without any tear
- bought at regular, non-sale price
- returned by you to our showroom
Exchanges are subject to stock availability. We reserve the right to determine if a product is defective/damaged or not. We reserve the right to deny a refund or exchange if our conditions are not met. It is recommended that you keep the original packaging in order to make returning items easier. If you no longer have the original packaging, please contact us at email@example.com and we can suggest alternatives.
Our performance of any part of a transaction with you is subject to variation or cancellation and the grant of an extension of time from any cause arising from an act of God, war, strikes, lock-outs, flood, drought or other cause of any nature whatsoever beyond our control or owing to inability and time to procure materials, labour or any articles at all and you agree to accept increased prices for the products due to any of the aforesaid reasons. In all circumstances, time is not of the essence of the transaction.
We process your personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act. We understand that many people still worry about submitting personal details on the Internet – especially their credit/debit card numbers. So we’d like to reassure you that any information you provide here will remain safe and secure.
