My rug took longer than expected, as we hit some unexpected manufacturing roadblocks. They were apologetic, gave detailed explanation and took full ownership. Such a pleasant experience that was simply a bonus to the already gorgeous rug.

The custom Lumina Rug is a wonderful template to create a mosaic of shades that tie in with the living room’s colour palette. After a few trials, we settled on this repertoire and waited with bated breath, wondering how it would turn out. Finally, we know and we are loving it! The rug adds a touch of color to my home and feels soft under the feet too. The underlay works well too in preventing the rug from moving around. I am happy with my purchase!
