Bought 2 huge rugs from Living DNA. 1st one went down and sales was smooth. They were patient in explaining and type of rug I need as it was my first time. 2nd time, I just bought it online as I knew I wanted a 2nd piece and we communicated via WhatsApp. I trusted, paid and i was a happy customer. Through the years, I even get them to do my carpet cleaning. Twice a year. That's how happy I was with their carpets n service.
Very satisfied with it. Good feel and easy to maintain. The colour matches the curtains, wallpaper and sofa set in the living room. Thanks.

I was served by Vivek. He was extremely patient, gave us his undivided attention and took us through multiple rugs. He understands colours well and the rug we eventually purchased from a trial of three rugs worked very well in our apartment.

My rug took longer than expected, as we hit some unexpected manufacturing roadblocks. They were apologetic, gave detailed explanation and took full ownership. Such a pleasant experience that was simply a bonus to the already gorgeous rug.

The rug adds a touch of color to my home and feels soft under the feet too. The underlay works well too in preventing the rug from moving around. I am happy with my purchase!

I was skeptical about the home trial service at first, but since buying a rug is a big purchase it really helped confirm my confidence in my choice before purchase. Really pleased with going with the PET material for my home office.
