Our magical carpet arrived!

The custom Lumina Rug is a wonderful template to create a mosaic of shades that tie in with the living room’s colour palette. After a few trials, we settled on this repertoire and waited with bated breath, wondering how it would turn out. Finally, we know and we are loving it! Thanks to our ID Alvin Wee and Living DNA’s Fie for seeing us through this carpet journey. It was exhilarating!

High Quality Rug and Professional Service

We ordered a customised gradient rug after speaking to a couple of rug vendors. Living DNA recommended natural wool for our type of usage and the price it quoted was competitive. After the design was agreed upon, it was expeditiously delivered within schedule. However, a small error in the color of the design was spotted but Living DNA was agreeable to give us a replacement rug at no charge. The way they have handled the issue was very professional. We are pleased with the quality of the rug and the service level demonstrated by Living DNA. Highly recommended.

Perfect for a little girl’s room

Bought this rug a while back for my little girl’s room, and we’ve had many tea parties and fake picnics on it already. The ends are starting to fray a little, but nothing major and it still looks great and makes the space warmer - and softer :)
