Stumbled upon livingdna and was blown over by the designs, quality and customer service. We met Fie, who took time to excellent the design and manufacturing process, and explained how one could create something that told one’s story.
My rug took longer than expected, as we hit some unexpected manufacturing roadblocks. They were apologetic, gave detailed explanation and took full ownership. Such a pleasant experience that was simply a bonus to the already gorgeous rug.

Love how easily it blends into our space
I finally bought a Dream Beige runner rug from Living DNA after much deliberation as there are so many pretty rugs to choose from! It is soft and fits in very well in my room :). My only gripe is that it is supposed to be machine-washable but it jammed up my washing machine when I tried to wash it. Could just be a user issue, although I have yet to try washing it again.

I eventually got a full cotton one as i preferred natural materials for the household & my cat!

The rug feels and looks great. Alteration was done exactly as I had asked. However, from order to delivery took more than 2 months, which is really too long.
